Certification Fees

• Audit periods for integrated audits are determined according to MD 11: 2013. According to MD 11: 2013, a maximum reduction of 20% can be made.
• The effective number for employees in shifts is calculated based on the number of employees at the time of the audit.
• Candidate auditors are not included in the number of auditors / days.
• During the audit, each Auditor has to work 8 hours a day.
• The total duration of the audits will be calculated in accordance with the Instruction on Determining Audit Periods, without prejudice to the need to reduce and increase the duration of the audit.
• In multi-system certification, the total duration of the audits will be calculated in accordance with the Instruction for Determining the Audit Duration.
• Application fee and operational expenses for certification audits are requested once for multi-system certification.
• Operational expenses for surveillance audits are requested once in multiple system certification.
• Since different auditors or technical experts are assigned in each category, the remuneration of the auditor may vary. This situation is reflected in the customer prices.
• VAT is not included in the above audit fee. The EUROPASS reserves the right to make changes to this fee.
• No reduction can be made in Audit Periods. However, 30% increase or decrease can be made by the Chairman of the Board about the remuneration.
• For document usage / operational expenses; 2500 TL for ISO 27001 500 TL for daily audit, 4000 TL for ISO 50001 1000 TL for daily audit

• The audits performed on the firm that has an important place in the market and brand value in terms of advertising,
• Introduction of EUROPASS, audits made to group companies,
• Audits in case the processes are not complex and software and other hardware are included in the processes,

Increase Reasons

• Assignment of Auditors or Technical Experts with different expertise in audits
• Performing inspections on holidays or special days with the customer’s request,
• In Integrated applications made for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 22000, ISO 27001, ISO 50001, OHSAS 18001 and other standards, ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 fees are directly added to the integrated fees for ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.
